170 day trial…. Not guilty and then 2 years probation! If you can’t prove your case after 170 days maybe you never should have brought this overcharged made up case?? The state should be ashamed and give everyone back the stuff they stole from them through seizure! Biggest

Our justice system at work. I wish this wasn’t the norm. Admit what the state wants the truth to be and you can go home, tell the state they got it wrong and you gotta sit in jail.

STATE WAS READY TO LET THUG GO HOME TODAY IF HE TESTIFIED TO BEING A GANG LEADER AND THAT HIS MUSIC ENCOURAGED PEOPLE TO COMMIT VIOLENCE HE WAS SICK OF ALL THE CONDITIONS AND WALKED AWAY FROM THE DEAL. SUDDENLY, THEY ARE RECOMMENDING 25 YEARS INSTEAD.

This is a professional police officer! This is our justice system? I hope they require some retraining that includes reading the constitution and learning about due process and the right to a fair trial.

Perhaps #FaniWillis should have been more careful with the taxpayer funds given to her in the past?? Or maybe she should have permitted the audit of her office? Or maybe not told the #fultoncounty BOC that they give her a budget and she can spend it however she sees fit?
