    Time for a tough one. Jerome and Isabel should have inherented the protagonist roles in Halo. They are fresh yet familiar, both in style and writing but they are unique in the right ways to not feel like simple, easy swaps. "The Banished" is their "The Covenant" (more below) --

    I am biased. I had the opportunity to spend time with the team at 343 live in-studio to both observe and be a part of the dev process for Halo Infinite. I critique & analyze every micro layer of these games. The team at 343 care about Halo more than you'll ever know or see.

    I wonder why 343 took a "No remake maps" stance in Halo Infinite. Remakes are part of Halos identity and a great way to inter-relate halo titles with shared gameplay experiences. It just seems like a weird, unwarranted commitment.
