- Video circulating of the wee nephew getting attacked by bout 10 people. Kids these days smelly rats trying take his money of him!! Felt sick to my stomach watching it!
- 6 months clean today. From being miserable, no life left in me till today being happier than I could have ever imagined. 6 months of hard work and looking within never did I believe I would get out of the dark place I was in. 16 years of hurt and pain! It's achievable 👌🌞
- Nearly a week on hols complete no booze. If I can do it here I can do it any where! Usually coming away on hols im Iit 3 days, sleep for a day and back on it for another 3 or 4.. #9weeks #soberlife
- Wee nephew is dead on few scratches and stuff but he's OK. Thanks every1.. world's falling apart! Vile!
- Another night accomplished good friends wedding could have easily been sucked in.. soon as things got tough it was my time to go. Proud of myself tonight.
- In court today for an old issue regarding kids and past relationship (nothing major) but gentle reminder of where I was at maybe 3 or 4 years ago, the destruction I was unaware I was causing! Onwards and upwards🥰💥

- What a lucky man i am today! To be able to wake up 18 months clean and to have completely done a 360 in my life. Recovery has allowed me to b kind caring loving compassionate and responsible! A life without drink and drugs is possible for any1 who wants it! 🌟🫂
