The fire has been declared under control. Crews have completed a primary search of the structure. One occupant self-evacuated and is being evaluated on scene. Firefighters continue to work on overhaul to ensure the fire is out.
This fire reportedly originated in the garage with extension into the residential structure. Firefighters have the bulk of the fire knocked down at this point and are working on overhaul. A road closure is in place along this block of Carr St.

Arvada Fire is responding to a grass fire at Saddle Brook Park on W. 75th Ave. after lightning came through the area. The first due crew reports a small fire 5x5 ft. that is nearly out.
#Trafficalert: West 52nd Ave and Marshall St. are closed in all directions due to a gas line leak caused by construction in the area. Please use Sheridan Blvd or Wadsworth Blvd, and I-70 or 58th Ave to avoid the area. There is no estimated time to reopen at this time. @ArvadaFire
Arvada Fire is on scene of a gas leak near W. 52nd Ave. & Marshall St. The intersection is currently closed in all directions. Please seek an alternate route and avoid the area. Xcel Energy is working to resolve the leak.
Arvada Fire crews are responding to a structure fire in the area of W. 64th Dr. near Terry St. and Torrey Ct. Firefighters quickly brought the fire under control and are continuing overhaul operations on scene. Please avoid the area while crews complete their work. #ArvadaFire
Arvada Fire crews are responding to a vegetation fire near I-70 and Harlan St. with assistance from West Metro. The fire has now been extinguished, but only single lanes are open along portions of I-70, so drivers should expect delays and use extra caution around responders.
Arvada Fire is on scene of a reported shed fire with exposure concerns on the Bravo side of the structure near Kipling Parkway and Miller Street. The fire was reportedly extinguished, and all occupants were evacuated.
