Maybe the real research outcomes are the friends we make along the way

I asked the AI for the least inspiring inspirational poster and I weirdly like it

Interesting. The AI totally fails the cognitive reflection test. It gives the intuitive but incorrect answer every time.

Regarding the current vax & free speech debate; it’s a complex and nuanced topic. But a key point, we should keep foremost in our minds, is that Joe Rogan, RFK Jnr, and Elon Musk are fkn idiots.

This is pretty big. The Australian government has moved to remove all fee support from humanities degrees across the board, steering students towards STEM and health-related degrees

It's simply correct to despise Elon Musk

I think I speak for the whole Twitter community when I say I’ve been quite surprised at how just plain stupid Jordan Peterson and Elon Musk have proven themselves to be

Still kinda stunned about Noam Chomsky describing LLMs as totally uninteresting. I mean, regardless of your opinion on them, for a linguist, they’ve got to be one of the most interesting things that have ever happened 🤷‍♂️ Can’t fathom that take.

There is this thing where you frame your petty middle-class gripes: a waitress handing you a salad, a student not calling you ‘doctor’, or someone mispronouncing your name, in very a particular way

Few people choosing the correct answer which is to sell your button press to someone worth $100m+ for $10m
Mathematics. You only have one button press to receive a potentially nice monetary award. Which do you press?

So this is even more interesting. With a little bit of help, it eventually worked its way to the correct answer, even if the reasoning is a little odd!
