So after a whirlwind few days I've found a new challenge as manager of Parson Drove FC it's a league I'm familiar with but I know there's a lot of work to do, the hard work starts now ⚽️

- Well what a crazy 24hrs it's been and I now sit here manager of march town fc Im delighted to be given the role at a club that's really moving in the right direction, I wish Brett all the best and I can only thank him for bringing me to the club 18 months or so ago.
- So tonight I have been relieved of my duties as March manager absolutely heartbroken as i felt we could get things right but best of luck to the club going forwards
- Two weeks have past now whilst the disappointment of losing my job is still very much there, the feeling of wanted to succeed and prove people wrong is stronger than ever, learn from on it and move on, whilst it's a tough lesson my circle of trust is smaller but ready to go again
- Almost a year ago now I was at my lowest struggling with everything but now I'm in a really positive and loving life its not been easy but talking to people always helped me and would always be there for others knowing the struggle it can be first hand #MentalHealthAwarenessDay
- Really pleased to finally get the promotion the club has deserved, alot of hard work has gone on behind the scenes for a very long time by a great bunch of people, the supporter's have been superb last few seasons and the lads have earnt a crack at step 5 bring it on #upthehares
- When @jackrawson14 stands over a free kick and everyone's reminding him the last one he took ended up out the ground
00:00 - Delighted with the lads a whirlwind week but they've kept focused on the job in hand, Needham had lost one home game all season but we got the ball down and played attitude and work rate was exceptional I asked them to do the supporters and themselves proud and I think they did
- So tonight I may have raised a few eyebrows with my selection but I believe in every member of this squad and they delivered a preformance to match that belief, we need to stay focused but the lads deserve to enjoy that win they Earnt it, again the supporters were superb
- When the groundsman sends you this, you can't help but be excited for the return of football at the Lane
- I know football could and probably will be along way off still, but the work going on behind the scenes and at the ground shows how ambitious the club is really exciting to see all the changes going on, we might not be playing but we are improving the environment we will play in
- Only a few weeks into it but really enjoying the new role at @MarchTownFC new challenges new ideas, exciting place to be looking forward to it continuing

- Its tough going at moment but its early days lessons to learn and quickly we know its always going to be tough days but we will come good we've got a togetherness thats key results will come to the supporters be patience we will get this right
