What an incredible example of elite lower half rotation. Notice how the front hip is the fixed point that the pelvis is rotating into. Once the pelvis decels, the upper body speeds up and unleashes some 🔥🔥🔥 Could watch this on repeat all day.
It’s getting to that point in season where there are a lot of players ready to jump ship and transfer out of their school or are just waiting for the season to end so they can “really get after it.” I was one of them.
