    A great honour for the Army Air Corps to welcome both His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales to Army Aviation Centre, Middle Wallop yesterday. HM King Charles III has officially passed the role of Colonel-In Chief-Army Air Corps to HRH Prince of Wales.

    Today 5 Regt AAC said good-bye to the Gazelle as the Aérospatiale/Westlands helicopter departed on its farewell tour of notable MOD flying stations across the UK. After service with the British Army for 49 years the AAC Gazelle is being withdrawn from service 31 October 23.

    The Army Air Corps is today announcing that the Minimum rank to become an Army helicopter pilot has been lowered to Private. Soldiers from across the Army now have the opportunity to apply to become an Army helicopter pilot much earlier in their careers. #pilot #britisharmy
