    Mr Carr retired today after 30 years service at Ardrossan Academy as teacher of English and Principal Teacher of Pastoral Support. A massive thanks and best wishes to him from everyone at the school and our wider community. See you down the road Mr Carr!

    End of the first week back. Credit to our staff and pupils who have made a real effort to adapt to new ways of thinking and doing in school. We’ll continue to work next week to practise, improve and reinforce our new routines and get on with the core business of learning.

    Best wishes to this bunch as they start the next chapter. Pupils were an absolute credit and we thank all who contributed to a great Prom, including staff and parents/carers who gave support at the school send off and at the event. See you down the road, Class of 2022!

    Delighted with the response to our food collection today for the local food bank. Literally hundreds of items. Thanks to all who donated food during these challenging times. 👏 to the Student Leaders & Ms Bruce’s Hospitality class who did a lot of fetching and carrying the items!
