- Masks are back for all staff. After 6 months of mostly maskless and ZERO Covid transmissions (Hepa Filters and CO2 Monitor provided the safety net) at work it is time that we do our part to prevent the health care system from collapsing.

- How is that possible? Been working in a high risk environment 15 hours and more on a daily basis. A couple thousand people coming in on a weekly basis, sitting mask less for several hours while enjoying their meal. Even though staff is masked it is still quite remarkable. Read on
- Air audits, Hepa Filters and CO2 Monitor were initially expensive, especially while we were constantly in lockdowns and restrictions. But it is already paying off now as we still haven’t had any employees being infected with the virus at work
- I find it pretty ironic that restaurants would invest in patio heaters just to extend the season for a little longer but don’t want to spend a dime to invest in better indoor air quality that would benefit everyone year round .
- It is hilarious how unmasked people act in a pharmacy. Went their masked to buy some stuff. Asked for a free rapid test at the cash out to bring back to work for staff if needed. 2 unmasked people behind me immediately dropped their purchase on the counter and left.

- We have had Hepa Filters for almost a year now and they have done an excellent job to keep staff and customers safer. It may be overkill but we are thinking of adding portable Hepa Filters that can be rented for a nominal fee to be placed in the center of a dining table @DFisman
- Replying to @ApricotTreeCaf1How do we do it? By providing a safer indoor workplace. Did Air audit to determine the efficiency of the HVAC system and Ventilation. Added Hepa Filters to filter out any airborne pathogens. Not just for COVID but many other viruses as well.

- The employee who tested positive last week will return to work today after 2 negative tests. As predicted no other employees have shown any symptoms. Being short staffed for over a week did result in some reduction in seating capacity. But it could have been much worse if
- The Bird has landed! The QR Code is posted at the entrance and you can scan it before entering the restaurant. It will give you live readings about the air quality. It is also posted on our Website to scan and let you know the air quality BEFORE you even head out for dinner.
