- The new Apopka High football coach is a very familiar face to Blue Darter players and fans as former defensive coordinator Jeff Rolson has been named the new head football coach for AHS. Rolson was named late Thursday afternoon and a story is in today's Apopka Chief.
- I'm moved to tears for what the @ApopkaFootball team did for us today. They sent my wife, who has COVID-19, beautiful flowers, two great get-well cards, and a DoorDash gift card. These are incredible, thoughtful folks who are leading our young men! Huge thanks from the Peerys!

Those who scratch by every day to put food on the table may seem wealthy to those who live in third-world countries. I may be wealthy to some Americans but others seem wealthy to me. The so-called advantage comes from very hard work.
