- I am extremely happy to announce that I have won the selection process as a full professor of gastroenterology at the University of Lecce! I will be the youngest (by far!) full professor and head of gastroenterology in Italy! Thanks to all the friends who supported me!!
- cghjournal.org/article/S1542-… Our study published in @AGA_CGH found EUS-RFA to be safer than surgery and highly effective in patients with pancreatic insulinoma. This is the first step towards the use of EUS-RFA as first-line therapy. We just started a RCT to confirm these results!
- My first publication dates back to 2014 when i was still resident. Since then lots of collaborations with international friends and today i reached H-index 40....not bad for a 38-year old endoscopist from a small center in Southern Italy!). Ad maiora semper!
