    I look around in my car, close my eyes and count 1, 2, 3, 4 I snap out of it I wanted to end my gambling addiction by being wiped out on the motorway Today marks 19 years without gambling Everything I chased through gambling, I’ve got without it We do recover, keep on ✊🏻

    16 years ago today I placed my last bet, it lost. Β£65k debt, googling ways to kill myself with my son on my lap. Gambling addiction had left me hopeless. Joel was the reason I never left the world behind. I’m a proud father. Never give up, there’s always hope β™₯️

    March 07, behind this smile I was broken. Before this photo with my new born was taken, I was googling ways to kill myself. I had Β£65K debt through gambling addiction and no means to pay it back, I was at rock bottom. Today I’m 13 years clean, thanks to GA, family and friends. ❀️

    Another part of my past now closed, it’s taken 13 1/2 years,but I’ve now paid Β£61K of my Β£65K debt, 12 creditors down to just 1. I was suicidal thinking I couldn’t get out mess I was in due to my gambling addiction, but I got help and now life is great. You can do it. DMs open.

    15 years ago today I last gambled - I was 65k in debt. I wanted to die. Gambling Addiction had ripped my life apart.. No one knew. I had to take responsibility for what I’d done, the lies, the hurt to the ones I love. 15 years on I’m a husband, a father and proud ❀️

    Most assured keeper since Scott Carson. Been very impressed all season with Joe. Commanding and a fantastic shot stopper. Great with his feet too. Good to have a keeper like that, gives confidence to rest of the team. A fantastic signing #dcfc #dcfcfans

    14 years ago today I last gambled. I was broken, in debt, suicidal and a liar. I hurt the ones who loved me. Gambling Addiction had taken hold, I had to change. I’m lucky - I got to rebuild that love and trust from the ones I hurt, my family. There is help and hope. β™₯️

    My last bet was losing Β£600 on a hand of online poker. I picked up a hammer and smashed my computer to bits. I was suicidal and in Β£65k of debt. Today marks 6,000 days without a bet.. we do recover from gambling addiction. There’s always hope.

    7 years today I was quite rightly removed from my job at Toyota.I had to start my life from scratch.I picked myself up, various jobs working all the horrid shifts, it meant I couldn’t see my family. I worked hard, I’m humbled to be where I am. Life does get better. #mentalhealth

    5,000 days ago I lost my last Β£600 playing poker and smashed my PC to bits. Gambling addiction had taken my life apart, I wanted to die, I haven’t gambled since. 5,000 days on I’m humbled to speak about my life to thousands of people because of family, friends and @epicpgc β™₯️β™₯️

    Keogh by miles the best Derby player on the pitch..... and probably since turn of the year. You’ll miss him when he’s gone. Even I had my doubts about him coming into this season, but the man turns up every time. #dcfc
