- It is with the heaviest of hearts that rugby league fans are waking up in Australia to the news Rob Burrow has passed away. If ever the cliche, "not all superheroes wear capes" can be used, today is the day. Fly high Rob.All our love from afar to Lindsey, Macy, Maya and Jackson.
- My 9 yr old son hasn't had any of his little mates over, nor gone to their places since the Covid crisis lockdown started. He gets it. He misses them but he understands the reason for the sacrifice. That's my tweet. That's all that needs to be said. #nrl #covid19australia

- I have kept every note of every schoolboy game I have ever called. I had no idea in 1999 that when I commentated a 16yo kid called Thurston in a TV game for the 1st time i was watching a future legend.Tonight i call his last game too for @FOXNRL @nthqldcowboys v @GCTitans .

- I am absolutely numb at the news of Lance Thompson passing away.If you watched Lance on The Fan this year,you would appreciate what a genuine & hard working man he was. Shattered for his family.He proved you dont need to have won GF's or played for your country to be a champion.
- Do players who say they '"have right to know what goes into their body" question what's in the pain killing injections they take to play? Has any player ever taken an ethical stance against that and missed playing? Is that a fair question or nothing to do with present debate?
- There will be no time in Huddersfield. Train sadly hit someone/something & is now stranded somewhere out of destination. If it was someone, I am so dreadfully sorry for them and their family. No complaints from me for inconvenience. Life is precious.Check those around you are ok.
