Please please please pray for my wife Alexis. Alexis suffered cardiac arrest last night. Her heart stopped beating for 3 minutes before being resuscitated. She is currently in ICU. My 15 month old daughter,India, and I need her more than she ever knows.I love you so much Alexis🙏🏾

- Peace out ICU ✌🏾, Hello PCU 👋🏾 After 47 days, Alexis is officially out of the Intensive Care Unit & going to the Progressive Care Unit. Early next week she will be transferred to a local rehab facility. We can’t thank you all enough for your prayers & support. We love you 🫶🏾❤️
- I was able to get Alexis outside to enjoy some fresh air for the 1st time in 67 days. We also learned that if her capping goes well tonight, then her trach will be removed tomorrow! I’m so proud of all she’s accomplished in just 4 days. Please continue to pray for 💪🏾& healing🙏🏾☀️
- 7 weeks ago, Alexis & I encountered the scariest day of our lives. Today, thanks to the grace of God, @Jaxhealth & @BaptistHealthJx we’re going to be able to continue life together, continue creating memories, and most importantly continue to raise our little girl T🫶🏾GETHER 🙏🏾❤️

- Dear Lord, please continue to bless and heal Alexis. The doctors just informed me that her seizures have stopped. The next steps is to slowly take her off medication and wake this beautiful woman up. Please continue to pray, as we continue on the road to recovery 🙏🏾❤️
- Alexis begins her first full day of rehab again today at @BrooksRehab.She’ll go through 3 total hours of therapy (speech, occupational, physical) which are broken into 30 min sessions. Please drop some positive words and encouragement below so she can get some extra motivation💪🏾
- All glory to God, Doctors just informed me that Alexis’s MRI came back showing no brain damage. We are not out of the woods, but it’s very positive news for her road to recovery. Please keep the prayers coming, God is working 🙏🏾
- Doctors downsized Alexis trach and capped it today. She should be able to get it removed within the next 48hrs! She’s also been upgraded to soft mechanical food. Her speech doctor even treated her with her favorite food today, sushi 🍣! We’re still waiting on insurance for rehab
- Happy Resurrection Sunday! Thank you Jesus, for allowing us to celebrate this year as a family. Alexis, India,& I were able to attend Second Missionary Baptist Church for this morning’s service. It was an emotional one, but an Easter we’re forever thankful for. Happy Easter✝️🙏🏾🐰
- All glory to God 🙌🏾 After 87 days in the hospital, Alexis has been discharged from @BrooksRehab. She celebrated by ringing the bell, surrounded by family & friends 🔔 Thank you to the Drs, nurses, & therapists for the care & to all of you for your continued support & prayers🙏🏾🫶🏾

Yesterday was an up and down rollercoaster w/ finding a RX for all the meds, but we made it. Together we’re learning to adapt. Please continue to 🙏🏾 for strength & healing
