Why MLB hitters live in the 4-12ยฐ AA range: #AAthread Most pitches at the college & professional level come in with a vertical approach angle of -4 to -8ยฐ. Hitters with avg AA's within that range will likely provide more room for error to make flush contact or just make contact

Lars has turned himself into one of the faster swingers in the @MLB with 61 grade Bat Speed during the 2022 season. He continues to build off that for the 2023 season, paired with great contact skills. Heโ€™s now above league average in all 3 categories of our Big 3!
