    Three years ago on this day. The situation was so critical that the New Zealand high commission had to tag an opposition, seeking oxygen cylinders for a staff member. @srinivasiyc 's team reached the gates with cylinders in no time. This tweet was obviously deleted.

    Lokesh, 16, is a talented 400m runner from Delhi. His dad is a cycle rickshaw driver, mum works as a house help. Lokesh says he doesn't even have money to take a bus from shahdra to Jln for training. " We don't have money for milk. I've been drinking warm water and practicing."

    Each time Neeraj wins a big medal I'm reminded of something his late coach Gary, who guided Chopra to the U 20 World Championship medal in 2016, once said. "He is not like any other javelin thrower you have ever had. I have now watched Indian throwers for 30-40 years now."
