🎉 Exciting News! 📚 Our prior preprint has now evolved into a full-fledged publication. Introducing "Fragment Sequencing" - a cool technique that enables profiling of 3d niches nature.com/articles/s4146…. Huge congrats to the entire team for their dedication and hard work.🥳🔬🧬
We are excited to share our new preprint about our development of a new #spatialTranscriptomics method (sphere-sequencing) to unveil local tissue microenvironments at single cell resolution! biorxiv.org/cgi/content/sh… See below the #tweetorial from our very own @handlerkristina 👩‍🔬

Very happy to see our paper out in @Nature, congrats to @PeterFRenz3, @BeesSimo, Umesh Ghoshdastider and all authors! 🎉🚀
Clonal expansions can remodel entire tissues even when they appear normal, but what mechanisms drive this? And how do these processes differ from tumorigenesis? Out @Nature, we identify distinct TNF programs during tumor evolution. 🧵 nature.com/articles/s4158…

Great spatial transcriptomics idea by Macosko and Chen labs: attach small DropSeq beads to slide, sequence bead barcodes in situ and use them to capture section RNA: RNAseq with 10µm spatial resolution!
