The Bureau of Land Management has given us final approval to graze bison on 63,500 acres of federal public land in Phillips County, Montana. This important decision allows bison to return to part of their historic range on six BLM allotments we hold the grazing privileges to.

Pronghorn are one of the few animals endemic to the great plains that have never been completely removed. Our mission to connect prairie habitat will help pronghorn migrate with ease across the plains of Montana, and will ensure they’ll have a place to roam forever.

This black bear was photographed sniffing for grub by a camera trap on a Wild Sky ranch. The Wild Sky program provides payments to landowners for documenting wildlife, & the data collected helps American Prairie and other landowners learn how wildlife move across the landscape.

Who needs Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen when you have pronghorn!? Our Superintendent Damien Austin recently captured this herd cruising across the prairie. We haven't see groups this big since 2010! #Montana #wildlife #conservation #speedgoats #heretohelpRudolph
