Joshua Cheptegei is one of Uganda's most successful athletes. The 24-year-old currently holds the world record for 5000m and 10000m. Apart from running, Joshua wants to transform his community through education. This is his amazing story.

Yes, #gold for #UGA. Peruth Chemutai win the women’s 3000m steeplechase final at the @Tokyo2020 Games in a time of 90:1.45. Wow, wow. It is Uganda’s 10th medal in #Olympics history. 3rd GOLD at the Games after John Akii-Bua (1972) & Stephen Kiprotich (2012). 1st medal by a female
