Etiquettes with ur Mother - Don't raise your voice above hers - Show patience, never say "uff" - Care for her in old age without complaint - Prioritise her over voluntary worship - Consult her in important matters - Honour her friends and relatives - Make du’ā for her

Be his Khadijah >> When ur spouse comes to u in his lowest moments - be his Khadijah. Reassure him, remind him of his goodness, his worth. This was how the best of women responded to the best of men - with wisdom, reassurance, unwavering faith in him. :)

A year ago I was so ready to be a wife - I was more knowledgable then I believe - I had more time so I studied more, I was so versed on the rights of a marriage, the etiquettes of being a wife, a mother etc, I was versed on the marriages of the Prophets, the Sahaba, the Salaf..

I really dislike the word manifest. Please avoid using it. We don’t “manifest” things, we call it husn al-dhann, we call it tawakkul, we call it dua’a. It’s not the “universe” that brings us khair, it’s Allah. It’s His mercy, His will, His timing.
