Look, I love my country. I wish we had strong competent leadership in charge. But that’s just not in the cards right now. The damage is sustained and deepening under Trump. The moral and economic rot settling in as the norm. Change is badly needed, and damn fast..

We’re told Pete Buttigieg was the point man for the administration in getting the agreement to suspend the port strike. Named specifically by both sides in the press release. It’s quiet, but effective, leadership people appreciate. No rallies, no blowhard ranting - just a deal

My girl got all 14 ports open and it didn’t cost taxpayers one dime. Just tough but fair negotiating by adults in the room. Kamala backed the union from the start and then Pete got them a much better offer 48 hours after the strike began. Big win for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

Amusing to see Ron DeSantis trying to take credit for ‘ending the port strike’ with his national guard. Florida has only three of the 14 ports that were affected. He wasn’t going to stop anything. Biden/Harris stopped cold the projected $5 billion losses a day. #Leadership

It appears Trump not only had nuclear secrets in his basement, but also SIGINT documents - the single highest classification in the government. And yes, these generally contain the names of our most vulnerable CIA assets.

Thank the Democrats for delivering the best holiday experience in 17 years. New data shows sales up 9.2% from the 2019 per-pandemic holiday season and the highest holiday spending since 2004. The Biden economy benefiting both suppliers and consumers. No empty shelves to be found.

People laughably claiming Walker won the debate are probably the same people who thought Palin did a really good job vs Biden in 2008. Sarah Palin has never won an election since that debate…

It's been a steady stream of pardons for MAGA lawbreakers from the 'law and order' gang. Corrupt sheriffs, war criminals, crooked governors. The list goes on. Roger Stone just the latest trash. Next up: the right wing Boogaloo jokers caught torching the Las Vegas courthouse..
Amazingly, Trump tweeted "LAW & ORDER!" literally minutes after corruptly dangling a pardon for Roger Stone. This makes an utter mockery of rule of law. In so doing, Trump neatly confirmed that James Mattis' blistering criticism is 100% right. New piece: washingtonpost.com/opinions/2020/…

The Biden Administration got the union a guaranteed 67% raise - up from 50% - and a suspension of the strike for 90 days to work out the other issues. Pete Buttigieg brokered the deal. Like her or not, Kamala made the right call backing the union. Big boost for her campaign..
The dockworkers union boss is the closest thing we have in America to a Batman supervillain right now. So of course Kamala Harris stupidly threw in with this Joker-like thug. My hot take on @cnn.

Liberals simply get the job done. Been saying it for years. Beto and AOC out raising money for desperate Texans while Ted Cruz jetting down to Cancun. Biden sending immediate aid with no strings while Texas leadership does the dog and pony tour on Fox News. Libs get the job done.

If he’s not careful with these calls for “protests”, the judge just might hold him over for a bail hearing. Pretty common. Ask his lawyers to explain his statements in light of 1/6..
