    If anyone spots my mum in Thomond park tonight. Tell her to go home she’s only back from Capetown this morning and on the tear again. She told me earlier that she was very tired and going to bed early and then I get sent pictures of her in the middle of it 😂😂

    Thanks so much to everyone who sent kind messages this week. It has helped warm our hearts. It’s been an incredibly painful time, but I’m very proud and lucky to have had such a wonderful father. Ive found strength that I never thought I had from him.

    The tackle on Rob Herring is shocking and should have been a red card. Exactly the type of tackle that needs to stop in Rugby. No arm wrap and high with force.

    This was passed on by a friend ...The victorious Tipp football team on their way home in 1920 after defeating Kerry in killarney...they stopped in mallow and bought a pig at the fair... see whats written on his belly!

    The Irish under 20 team should be very proud of themselves. They were amazing today, not in beating Fiji but for taking the field and honouring Max Wall, Andrew O’Donnell and Greig Oliver and their family and friends. May they rest in peace.
