- Replying to @SketchesbyBozeI just don’t get why they would ditch Phonics. Both my sons are and were in early intervention. Teaching phonemes and phonics is how you get a child to learn words if they’re special needs or delayed. Why would the education system take out a proven method from mainstream kids?
