Not sure but could be talking about my grandfather's 333rd Batallion who had a good kill ratio at the Battle of the Bulge before they were captured. While being marched to the POW camp 11 of them escaped but we're captured, tortured, and killed by SS. Look up "Wereth 11" movie.
