The #UNSC today adopted resolution 2713 confirming arms embargo on Al Shabab & resolution 2714 clarifying no arms embargo on the Somali government. Resolution 2714 enables #Somalia to equip its Security Forces to gradually take over security responsibilities from @ATMIS_Somalia.
