    Privileged to visit Kyiv with the Prime Minister yesterday to mark Ukraine’s Independence Day & to meet President Zelenskyy.   This was my second visit, and an opportunity to discuss operational matters with my Ukrainian counterpart, General Zaluzhnyi. #StandWithUkraine 🇬🇧🇺🇦

    Yesterday I took part in a full rehearsal of the #Coronation: it’s going to be a spectacular and profound occasion. It’s an honour to be appointed Lord High Constable of England by the King and to carry the baton used by Duke of Wellington at the coronation of George IV in 1821.

    Visiting Kyiv yesterday with General Burkhard to meet with President Zelenskyy. Britain and France are coming together & Europe is stepping up in a way that is real & substantial, with 200 planners from 30 nations working to strengthen Ukraine’s long term security. 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇺🇦

    1/2.Following the recent visit to Kyiv, this week I travelled to the Polish/Ukraine border with Comd US EUCOM, General Cavoli. We met Ukraine’s Chief of Defence, General Zalunchny, and his senior team for a 5 hour discussion on the counter-offensive & plans for the winter & 2024.
