    On Tuesday, Jessie Hoffman, a 46 y/o Black man who was incarcerated since he was 18, was executed by the state of Louisiana using nitrogen gas. Louisiana became the second state, joining Alabama, to use the method. The gas, which deprives a person of oxygen, flowed for 19 minutes
