This is a deeply stupid take. It’s stylized animation, not AI. It’s meant to be wild and messy. It’s awesome work. There is a very real problem with parties weaponizing AI fears against human made art, and it’s resulting in dumbshit takes like this. The dialogue is a disaster.

I tested the AI model Sora 2 on classic anime, the result is hardly believable... I can already see the hundreds of fanmades and parodies that are going to come out! Sora 2 is definitely a new step in AI anime..

If it’s a broad policy, it would single handedly decimate the 2D animation industry overnight. There isn’t a means of funneling enough new American animators into that system. Killing American viewership would also damage the anime industry severely. It’s INSANE.

Kentaro Miura has passed away. I cannot express how important Berserk has been to us as a source of inspiration for Castlevania. A quarter of our team drew from it for inspiration. It defined what dark fantasy was for us. I’m crushed. RIP, Miura.
