Seeded 20th, finished 15th, in the State of Ohio, as a TEAM!!! Total team effort, 3 runners under 20 today. AWesome showing!- A special day for a special General. Congrats to Ana Karmol on signing to continue as a student-athlete at the Ohio State University!
- There are many ways to measure a successful team & season. Kids who love to train together & care about each other is certainly a good measure. Would take this group of Generals any day!!
- This team has set a new standard for @AW_XC. So proud of them & everything they achieved. Congrats & thanks to senior captain @ellyyoder on a terrific finale to a stellar high school XC career & congrats again to Ana Karmol on her All Ohio race! An honor to coach these ladies!
- We have our first result of the Regional meet: Ali Denman wins a jump off for 4th place and has qualified for the Division 1 Ohio State Championship Meet!!!! Way to go, Ali!!!!!
- What a special late October Saturday! 2 Regional Championship races. 2 individual Regional Champs! Congratulations to senior Hailey Kahl who won the girls Regional Championship in 18:16 & senior Connor Long who won the boys championship in 15:28!
- In a historic run for the boys of Anthony Wayne XC, the boys ran with confidence & determination and won the 2021 Regional Championship!! Oh, and they won by 1 point!
- Aiden Green! State Champ! In a crazy close 100 meter dash! Congrats, champ!
- The Anthony Wayne Generals are District Champs!!!! 4th straight District Championship!
- 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 Regional Champions!! Gia Harris, Liv Witker, Madeline Zimmerman & Mallori Pollock are the 2023 4x200 Regional Champs!
- You might be wondering: did Cameron Nightingale have a good day? Yes, yes he did. A new school record - 13’8” - and a 🎟️ earned for the State championship! Way to go, Cam!!
