- I can confirm the #Chiefs do NOT have waterboys on staff. We do have athletic trainers who all hold graduate degrees in AT or related field who work on prevention, rehabilitation, emergency care, & yeah... hydration as a part of the previous. #AT #PFATS #NFL #NBCSPORTS do better1. - First of all Secondary School ATs are without question the most important in our field. Fight me. They are the first line of medical support for student athletes, the first impression of ATs & often of the medical world. They are lifesavers, often doing it on their own. AT GoatsA topic that is not discussed enough within the AT world. Discouraging or condescending attitudes towards secondary AT settings because it’s not “prestigious” enough. If you are #AT4all, then you are supportive of.every.single.setting. #tiredofhearingit #atiredSSAT

- Young ATs need to be heard, because sometimes those first few grind years are tough mentally especially when ur trying to gain experience, often through failure or frustration, and relationships seem to be secondary. Mentors reach out to ya peeps! Love yall you got this!

- The language here keeps saying shortage of ATs. There's no shortage of ATs There's a money shortage to pay emergency trained medical professionals. ATs work long hours w/ hundreds of athletes w/ expected OT so yeah appropriate pay expected. #highschool #AT
