Coach Dowling has been coaching varsity baseball at AOF since 1996. The 2023 team improved from 1-3 to 16-4 and won the league title. What a turn-around. Congratulations Coach!

- Today we salute Sr Captain Jake Deleo from Norwalk CT. Jake is one of most decorated players in CT (All New England as Junior, Founders League All Star, Perfect Game All American, Area Code All American, East Coast Pro....Headed to Georgia Tech in the fall.
- We received word today that Hudson Haskin @hudsonhaskin10 earned ALL AMERICAN Honors today from the High School Baseball Coaches Association. Hudson has a monster year 1.600 OPS, 9 HR, 38 SB (school record). Hudson is our first All American since @GeorgeSpringer @GreenWaveBSB
- Beginning today, we seek to acknowledge a senior ball player. Today we honor 4 Year Veteran Logan Pfannenbecker. Logan will matriculate to D1 Manhattan College in the fall. Logan is a dedicated and passionate player who will be missed.
