    I remember when it was a privilege to play for an AAU team. Where you actually had to compete in tryouts to get on a roster spot. Only the strong survived. Not the case nowadays.

    I HIGHLY ADVISE you players to not take the 14yr college plan like I did lol. Nonetheless, finally got it done after a long journey.

    For all players: 1) If you’re playing well- stay in the gym 2) If you’re not playing well- stay in the gym 3) if you’re playing a lot- stay in the gym 4) if you’re on the bench- stay in the gym Consistent work will prevail. Always stay ready

    I may not be an “NBA trainer” but I do know working on the fundamentals go a long way. If the #15 team is doing pump fakes, jump stops, no negative steps then best believe your 13-17yr old that works with me will definitely be doing the same.

    Yall don’t understand. He was ready to quit. We spent so much time getting him back into the right mindset to just have fun and hoop. I’m not a trainer, I’m a mentor. I love my kids. I love that he’s having fun & being himself during his last year of college hoops. @jakekyman13

    I’m going to start filming the workouts. Fair warning tho, they will be boring. Nothing but catch and shoot 3’s, 1-2 dribble pull-ups, and 3 dribbles to the basket.
