- ACU Athletics is sad to hear of the passing of basketball legend Paul Westphal today. An NBA Hall of Fame inductee, he coached ACU to a 21-9 record during the 1985-86 season. We are proud that both our Athletic Fund & Athletic Awards are named in his honor. He will be missed.
