AACo does not purchase H2O from the City. Therefore, no County water customers need to boil water. Upgrades to our system eliminated the need to supplement our water supply with purchases from City. To be clear, no water from the City entered the County’s water supply system.

Yellow fire hydrants around the community were purposefully designed to stand out from its surroundings and be easily recognized by firefighters. Help avoid confusion during emergencies by remembering to never paint hydrants. @AACoFD #DPWandYOU

Over 300 species of fish live in the #ChesapeakeBay. Make sure to keep your backyard clean by picking up pet waste and keep it out of the bay, so their home stays clean too. @AAWPRP #DPWandYOU

1of2 Crews are working around the clock to treat roads as quickly & safely as possible. Thank you for your patience & for staying off the roads to allow our trucks to do their jobs. Unfortunately, some crews were diverted to clear downed trees from roadways delaying operations.
