    My time at @Caister FC has come to a end. It has been a enjoyable and very challenging time. The club have decided a fresh change was needed and wish the lads who have played for me over the last two seasons all the very best for future as well as the football club.

    Once in a lifetime opportunity for some of these players to play at Carrow Road, in the Ladies Senior Cup Final - Both sets of players played their hearts out to get to the final by beating top opposition, only to be let down and left disappointed by @NorfolkCountyFA -equal Opps?
