I would be reluctant in hiring someone that went to multiple 4 year schools (always exceptions). If you jump many ships early????? What is the end goal with all of this? - There is no “old school vs. new school”, you’re either getting better or you’re getting worse. “That’s the way we’ve always done it”…is no reason to keep doing it! Change for the sake of change is stupid; there must be a viable, productive reason to do it differently.
