- The FLOOD WATCH has been CANCELLED for South Florida due to lighter additional rainfall amounts forecast
- Update on the Forecast track for "Eta". System expected to move back over water and approach Cuba and Florida, potentially.
- 11AM CONE - Tropical Storm Erin forms in the eastern Atlantic. Erin is forecast to become a major hurricane as it moves westward across the Atlantic this week. @wsvn
- Not yet official (until midnight) but if nothing changes, this has been our COLDEST CHRISTMAS DAY on record (Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Marathon).
- 8 PM Update on Hurricane Milton. No change in strength with this advisory and the system remains a powerful Cat. 5 with 165 mph winds.
- Miami has reached the 40s for the first time in almost 2 years this morning!
- LATEST spaghetti models on Disturbance (Low Pressure) over the E. Atlantic. High Pressure will steer it generally west. Then, 1-full week from now, there are several variables that will determine its path. Something to watch & plenty of time.
