- Iโd just like to say that I have had the most amazing amount of support from people over my 11 years in coaching. People that have shaped the person and coach I am today. Thatโs the key, support. Tonight I was officially signed off as a UEFA A Licence coach. Feeling blessed.

- Really nice to have been part of that today.. doing what felt like officially winning for Shelagh at Kennels Lane. That one truly was for you Shelagh โค๏ธ๐ Everyone did you proud.
- Teach players to control themselves emotionally. Undervalued and under-coached. Questioning referee decisions, arguing with opposing players and reacting to the good/bad moments during a game only lead to a loss of self-control and a decline in individual/team performance.
- Imagine being 11 years old and turning up to this on Saturday morning ๐ @blfccommunity @BadshotLeaColts you should be proud of what you offer your players!
- For you, Shelagh โค๏ธ๐ The loveliest of ladies and the truest of football people. Your presence and impact on everyone that knew you will be sincerely missed..
- Give the Level 2 (UEFA C) back to the county FAโs and run 4/5 courses a season. Also re-establish it on 16-19 programmes. Players on a full-time training programme are surely good candidates for such qualification.
- Yesterday was a proud day for me. Seeing Vita Football take part in its first ever competitive fixture at the Gothia Cup in the B16 age group. To top it off, the boys beat a strong GIF Nike side! The boys have already been a credit to themselves and their parents!
- If players want to get fit in pre-season, they absolutely will - away from training. Donโt waste your 2 sessions per week.
