My 19 yo built his first structural arch today. Just a small bldg project behind the house but something he will see often as the years go by and reflect.

- When I took up masonry, it was on the heels of fine arts study, and I wanted to test, what was to me, the really unrealized limits of how masonry might be shaped.

- 40 yard ped path between me and my neighbor we developed together. Less than a year old and coming along nicely. Hope to get full ground cover with the black scallop ajuga this season. Crape Myrtles will eventually be an exploration in botanical sculpture.
