- This is my father, his name is Qamrul Hoda. He is 78 years old. He is a Pediatrician for the past 48 years in a Metro Detroit inner city solo practice. The kind of person who never closes his office. I have childhood memories of sitting in his office; packed with kids! [1]
- if I say no to 8am meetings or ask my lectures to not be scheduled at 8am or swap call schedules It is because I have dropped my 8yo off every single day at school for the past 4 years. they are only this young for a while —so I will always prioritize this time.

- 6 years ago today I took 7 weeks of paternity leave as my wife went back to work and it was really one of my life’s greatest memories. ❤️ to fathers; maximize this time for your partner, for your kid and for your own growth.
