- 90% of players in gc do not understand how to take feedback and actually change and adjust, me including I’ve just been very fortunate to get good coaches that actively force me to improve. Majority of teams without those coaches feel like u are constantly stepping (1/?)I have *also* coached in both GC and co-ed, I agree that there are general differences; in personality, in mentality Personally I believe that differences come from social factors, rather than biological But we cannot shut down the conversation and be afraid to talk about them
