Personal training at Zenith is 1-on-1 strength and movement coaching with expert coaches who are directly supported by Doctors of Physical Therapy. Every program is designed around your movement patterns, injury history, and goals — not a template. Sessions are by appointment, Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm at 160 S. Park St. in Eugene.

Programs evolve week to week based on how you respond — and because our strength coaches work alongside PTs in the same facility, your training is always informed by what your body actually needs.
