Elias Costopoulos is the founder and CEO of Yotta Volt, bringing over 30 years of entrepreneurial and technical expertise in test & measurement (T&M) and B2B distribution. Born and raised in Greece, he built an international career across the USA, Switzerland, and Bulgaria, establishing businesses in twelve countries throughout Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Patras and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Before founding Yotta Volt, Elias held senior sales and corporate management roles at NI, Hilti, and IGD Group, and later founded Metrisys, a distribution company for engineering measurement solutions.

A long-time advocate of the multinational regional model, Elias believes that in distribution, scale is essential. In 2018, he launched Yotta Volt to realize his vision of a world-class T&M distribution network spanning EMEA, underpinned by a proprietary software platform to drive digital transformation. Beyond his leadership role, Elias continues to enjoy coding and contributes directly to Yotta Volt’s technology development. He is the proud father of two sons, and in his free time he pursues his passions for adventure travel and photography.

Antonios is a skilled sales executive with extensive knowledge and experience in automated test and measurement solutions. Antonios is a graduate of the Technical University of Crete in Greece where he earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering, before kicking off his career joining NI Italy. Since 2014 he has served Yotta Volt as Field Sales Engineer, Regional Sales Manager and Sales Director before assuming the Chief Revenue Officer role.

As CRO, Antonios is responsible for overseeing Yotta Volt’s sales and revenue operations, developing, and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients and partners, and managing the Yotta Volt’s revenue growth. Overall, Antonios is highly regarded in Yotta Volt, and his combination of academic background, specialized experience and personal values makes him a well-rounded and respected individual in both his personal and professional life.

Emmanouil Kardasis is a strategic and results-driven finance executive currently serving as the CFO at Yotta Volt, bringing over 10 years of progressive experience across multinational environments in Greece, the UK, and Cyprus. Previously holding a CFO role within a prominent multinational construction materials firm, he has a proven track record of leading high-performance teams across finance, accounting, HR, and legal functions.

His professional foundation includes significant tenure at a Big 4 firm in the UK, where he led audits for FTSE-listed clients with a focus on IFRS compliance and risk management. Emmanouil is adept at optimizing financial processes, implementing complex ERP systems and delivering actionable insights to support executive decision – making.

His academic background is equally robust, featuring an MSc in Finance from a top-tier UK business school, complemented by dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting & Finance and Business Administration.

Beyond his technical mastery in budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance, he is recognized for his hands-on leadership and ability to align local operations with global corporate strategies.

Stelios Criparacos brings 30 years of international experience and a strong multicultural background. Born and raised in Madagascar, he was educated in Greece and went on to study in the USA and the UK, earning a B.A. in International Relations from Knox College and an M.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Kent. His career has spanned Greece, Ghana, and Bulgaria, where he developed expertise in building and managing operations teams across the maritime, food, and automotive industries.

Stelios joined Metrisys in 2015, relocating to Ghana to establish and lead its local branch. Following Yotta Volt’s expansion into Eastern Europe, he took on the role of the COO, where he built a high-performing international team that has been instrumental in driving the company’s rapid growth.

Dimitris is a seasoned technology leader with over 35 years of experience, and currently serves as the CIO at Yotta Volt. Prior to joining Yotta Volt, he held senior positions in companies, where he led large-scale technology projects and teams and leveraged technology to improve business processes, enhance customer experience, and drive growth.

He earned his MSc. in Transportation Engineering from University of Patras. Dimitris is well-versed in a wide range of technologies, from traditional IT systems and GIS to emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing. In his role he oversees the development and implementation of Yotta Volt’s information technology and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that they align with the overall business objectives. He is Yotta Volt’s advocate in ensuring technology is used appropriately, to help us be competitive in the ever-changing business market.

George Roussos is a seasoned executive with over two decades of leadership in the telecommunications and technology sectors across Greece, Romania, and Bulgaria. He is currently Director of Business Development at Yotta Volt Ltd, where he drives digital strategy and go-to-market initiatives for the Network Testing & Assurance product portfolio. Previously, he spent nearly nine years as CEO of INTRAROM S.A., the Romanian arm of Intracom Telecom, where he reorganized company operations, revitalized brand recognition, and developed strategic partnerships that secured major contracts in new verticals. At the same time, he led Intracom Bulgaria S.A. for 19 years, expanding into enterprise and banking markets, signing multimillion-euro deals, and building alliances with technology leaders including Cisco, HP, Microsoft, VMware, and Genesys.

Earlier in his career, George gained extensive experience in sales and account management at Intracom Telecom and Siemens, managing large-scale telecom infrastructure contracts with major operators like Globul and Vodafone. He holds an M.S. in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Torino,  a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from TEI Athens and a Postgraduate course in Business Administration (MBA) from The Hellenic Management Association (Athens). Known for his ability to align technology with business outcomes, George has consistently delivered growth, transformation, and long-term partnerships across Southeastern Europe.
