Do I need a separate Dispatch.me account to use this integration?
Yes. You must be an authorized service provider for the brands you wish to receive jobs from AND have an existing Dispatch.me account. Once you are part of their service network, you can integrate your Dispatch.me account to Workiz to begin syncing jobs.
How do I know if I’m eligible to use this integration?
You are eligible if you meet both of these two requirements:
- You are an authorized service provider for one of the home warranty or OEM brands that send work orders through Dispatch.me
- You have an existing Dispatch.me account
Unless you meet both of these criteria the integration will not work for you, even if enabled on your Workiz account.
I am an authorized service provider. How do I get a Dispatch.me invitation?
Most likely, you will get an invitation to the home warranty or OEM’s unique Dispatch.me portal when you onboard as an authorized service provider. Workiz is not involved in this process. We recommend reaching out directly to the brand you work with for more information.

No. The integration is included with all Workiz plans, but as noted above, will only work if you’re an authorized vendor of Dispatch.me’s partners and have an existing Dispatch.me account.

Setup is simple and takes less than 30 seconds:
- Navigate to the Workiz Feature Center.
- Search for Dispatch.me and toggle the integration to “On.”
- Enter your Dispatch.me credentials to sync your accounts.
- Your OEM jobs will now begin appearing in your Workiz inbox.
