Our Mission
Our mission is to increase the visibility and impact of women in data science and AI by creating platforms where their work is seen, their expertise is recognised and their leadership is amplified.
We do this through high-quality events, hands-on learning formats and community programs that promote skill development, collaboration and responsible innovation.
Although we spotlight women as speakers we intentionally create spaces that welcome and benefit everyone in the data community.
Our Vision
We envision a data science ecosystem where women are fully represented across research, industry and leadership and where diverse perspectives shape the technologies that influence society.
WiDS Zürich aims to build a future in which talent from every background can thrive, contribute and lead — accelerating innovation that is ethical, equitable and impactful for all.
We believe in elevating the work of women in data science while creating events that welcome and empower everyone in the community.
