Available from mid-May through mid-October, our elegant Event Tent provides a stunning setting for gatherings large and small. It accommodates up to 200 guests for a seated plated dinner or 250 for a standing reception. Guests can dine under twinkling lights, enjoy the refreshing coastal breeze, and take in the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape—creating a truly memorable experience for any occasion.

Overlooking the sparkling waters of Cape Cod Bay, the Bay Ballroom offers sweeping ocean views and abundant natural light, creating an elegant and inviting setting for your next event. The space comfortably accommodates a seated dinner for up to 80 guests or a standing reception for up to 100, making it ideal for weddings, celebrations, and corporate gatherings alike.
Versatile and refined, the Bay Ballroom may also be paired with the Cliff Room on Mondays and Tuesdays during the season, as well as throughout the off-season, providing added flexibility for larger events or customized layouts.

Intimate yet spacious, The Cliff House offers a stress-free setting—so you can entertain without worrying about the cleanup at home. The venue accommodates up to 50 guests, with indoor seating for 32 and patio furniture available during the season. Soft seating in the Fireplace Lounge ensures your guests can unwind comfortably while enjoying the coastal ambiance.
