- Ultra: For users who need more power and higher usage limits
- Enterprise: For teams and users who need broader API access
Points become available immediately after purchase or subscription activation.
Their validity depends on your plan:
- Monthly plans: Points are issued monthly and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
- Yearly plans: Points are granted once per year and must be used within the subscription period.
- Pay-As-You-Go Points: Points remain valid throughout the current subscription period.
You can check your remaining balance in Points.
Only Ultra and Enterprise users can purchase compute packs. Free and Pro users cannot purchase them at this time. Pay-as-you-go points can be purchased without limit and remain valid throughout the subscription period.
If you run out of points early, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Your new points will be added immediately upon upgrade.
The 40 free sign-up points can be used across all available models.
You can cancel your subscription in your account billing settings. Your plan will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle.
You can update or change your payment method in your account billing settings. The new payment method will apply to future renewals.
If you cancel your subscription, your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. After that, it will not renew, and any remaining points will expire.
Yes. You can click the Settings icon at the bottom right to adjust the number of images. You can generate from 1 to 16 images at a time.
WeShop's pricing is based on AI computing power instead of requiring users to purchase or maintain GPUs. The platform's reference standard is: 10 computing power points ≈ 1 generated image.
- Positive prompt: describe the elements you want in the image.
- Negative prompt: describe the elements you do not want in the image.
Most agents include built-in prompt templates, and some agents also support using ChatGPT to generate or polish prompts.
A mask image is a PNG file with transparency used to define exactly which parts of the image the AI should modify. Transparent areas are where the AI generates new content, while opaque areas remain unchanged.
The file size must not exceed 10MB, the aspect ratio must be less than 2, and GIF is not supported.
Hover over the generated image preview and click the 4K icon in the lower-left corner to download. You can also use AI Photo Enhancer to further improve image quality.

No. Points are deducted immediately when you click, but they are automatically refunded right away in the event of an error. To see the refund, refresh the page or go to My Points.
WeShop supports professional, commercial, and personal-use imagery in categories such as swimwear, bikinis, and lingerie, but it is not a dedicated NSFW platform. Safety filters are applied, and overly explicit prompts or results may be restricted or fail.
Yes. Points are charged for each generation task because computing resources are consumed regardless of whether the final result matches expectations. Points are only automatically refunded if there is a system or server error during generation.
Points are charged because conversational interactions also consume substantial computing power for processing, interpretation, inference, and response generation, even before a final image is produced.
Generation time varies because all users share a common AI computing resource pool. During peak hours or high-demand periods, tasks may take longer to process.
Yes. Generated images are only accessible through your own account, and WeShop does not share your creations with third parties.
