We offer a Managed Print Service (MPS) to supply toners and give priority service to any printer under a simple cost-per-page contract to keep your office printing costs down.

Adhoc Servicing

If you are not on a monthly contract with your copier or your printer doesn’t mean you receive poor service. We have extensive experience with Copier, Printer and wide format/plan printers and no job is too big or too small.

Our technicians will visit for a fixed fee which includes travel costs and enough time to diagnose the problem. They will then give you a quote to carry out the required repairs and any parts or consumables needed.
Under both circumstances, we will have you back & running as quickly as possible.

In the same way that buttered toast lands upside down, printers always run out of supplies when you are under pressure to get documents printed. It’s just one of lifes unreasonable laws! This causes both the client & us stress not to mention the increased courier fees.

This can be avoided by ensuring that our 27/7 monitoring system FM Audit/Printanista is kept running. The system will report when you have 20% of the various consumables left in the printer and even estimate based on your Print volume when you will run out so everything is supplied before you run out & we all panic!

Importantly it also supplies the printer meter reads so we keep your invoices acurate.

Remote Service

Tired of waiting for a Technician to arrive?
The same clever system allows us to perform remote services so we can often diagnose and sort problems without a site visit which has you printing again more quickly. Even if we can’t sort it remotely, we can come forewarned and make sure we have the parts needed which gets you printing again much faster.
