Terms & Conditions

These generic terms and conditions apply to all work undertaken by Voodoochilli Design Ltd. By hiring us to take on work you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

  • Quotations are valid for 28 days only.
  • A minimum of 50% payment upfront is required before undertaking any work.
  • Projects under £2000 are to be paid for upfront, subject to our discretion.
  • The initial payment is non-refundable due to it being used to secure our time.
  • Additional work will be charged at our standard hourly rate set at a minimum of 2 hours.
  • You must make all payments due to Voodoochilli Design Limited within the due date stated on the invoice.
  • Late payments will incur interest at 13% per month.
  • Payment terms are subject to our discretion.
  • Bad debts will be reported to the credit agency and this will affect your credit rating.
  • Late payers may have their websites disabled or work removed until payment is made.
  • Project delays as a result of client action or inaction may result in additional cost.
  • Final payments must be made before work is deployed to the live environment.

Content

Website content should ideally be provided at the start of a project and before we start the design phase. A delay in the provision of content may result in higher project cost.

Meetings and Support

Clients that do not attend will be charged for travel and hourly rate charges. Meetings are subject to our discretion.

Hosting and support packages

Hosting and support packages are separate services. All hosting clients can utilise our support for hosting only. Any support requests that require changes to the website content or code will be subject to our standard hourly rate set at a minimum of 2 hours.

All support clients will have access to our support email to log requests and our team will look into it as soon as possible. Your package will have a number of allocated hours and if your support exceeds these hours you will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Testing

Clients are ultimately responsible for the testing of their websites and we will request sign off.

Warranty

All work we carry out will be covered with 30 days warranty and only the work we complete will be covered. If issues are found to not be linked to our work the fix will be subject to our hourly rate.
